Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Develop and document proprietary software packages that integrate third party modelling software with the company’s existing software/databasesSoftware analysis of advanced scientific data to model potential catastrophic eventsMaintain the company’s software and develop methodologies to help the Company in its assessment of its exposure to various losses, including catastrophe risk position by pricing contracts, measuring marginal impact to its portfolio, and ranking them based on profitabilityQualifications required:
Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification obtained through college or experience either in:
Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science related fields, orAtmospheric Science, Earth Science, Environmental Science, or related fields, orComputer Science focused on Machine Learning or other Data Science related fields
