Job Description 
Design, deploy, and maintain telecommunications networks including core, transport, and access layers.
 
Monitor network performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
 
Support the rollout and integration of new technologies such as 5G, VoIP, MPLS, and fiber-optic networks.
 
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service degradation.
 
Perform configuration, testing, and documentation of network devices (routers, switches, transmission equipment).
 
Participate in capacity planning, network optimization, and security hardening initiatives.
 
Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal SLAs.
 
Provide technical support during network upgrades, migrations, and emergency incidents.
