Lead and manage all operational functions across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability.
Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and performance tracking.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational frameworks.
