            Job Description
Lead all financial, tax, treasury, legal, governance, and compliance functions across the GCC region.
Partner with Regional Managing Directors to drive business performance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
Oversee the integration of acquired regional businesses into the global operating model.
Drive business transformation initiatives, performance management frameworks, and working capital optimization.
Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to regional and global leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards across all financial and legal functions.
Lead and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
