- Perform financial analysis and reporting for real estate projects and portfolios.
- Support property valuation, investment appraisal, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deal structuring, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in audit preparation and coordination with external auditors.
Requirements
minimum 3 UAE Real Estate experience candidate.
Semi-CA or ACCA qualified will be preferred.
Real Estate Experience in UAE is mandatory
