Responsibilities

All-round support for the AM Mandate Reporting team within the Institutional Clients Platform

Support ongoing project work running in parallel

Perform data checks, corrections, follow-ups and handling during production cycles

Collaborate with service teams to address fixes and ensure data accuracy and consistency

Manage ad-hoc requests, mailbox support, and mandate onboarding / RFP processes

Handle RM / PM clarifications and support in drafting reports

Oversee and track Jira tickets and tasks

Implement client-specific-category (CSC) changes

Conduct functionality testing and assist in creating business specifications
