Ultra CEMS are looking for a Repairs Technician to join the Production Team. Working within a Production area and reporting to a Repairs Manager. The Repairs Technician will be required to carry out production tasks associated with the manufacturing process. Ensuring that the product is manufactured in the most cost-effective way and to the required quality standards whilst maintaining customer delivery dates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking Customer PO’s onto our system and creating shop floor packets (work instructions.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multi-meters, soldering/desoldering equipment.
• Always Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety procedures.
• Perform component-level repairs (e.g., replacing resistors, capacitors, ICs & connectors)
• Mechanical assembly
