Boutique Hotel in Morningside, Durban is looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Team Member.
 
The Repairs and Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, back of house, pool areas, infrastructure, equipment and guest areas to ensure operational efficiency, guest comfort and safety.
 

Duties:
               
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
Repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues.
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and facilities.
Maintain HVAC, lighting and water systems.
Ensure pool, spa and public facilities are functional.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Assist with refurbishment and renovation projects.
Maintain tools and workshop areas.
Monitor generator and backup systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
