Role Overview:

The purpose of this position is to efficiently manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless support for our Customers and Relationship Management Team. This role puts our customers first by providing an end-to-end service that manages quote requests, work orders and recurring maintenance and is delivered through improved process performance, greater

transparency, accurate record-keeping, and a responsive service that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• :Build relationships with contractors and establish a knowledge of our contractor network and buildings
