Repair & Maintenance Technician

Location: Wilcox, SK, outside Regina – at the Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities.
• Utilize in-house and contract maintenance resources.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and perform safety checks.
• Conduct corrective repairs and maintain operational safety.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing corrective repairs.
• Journeyman Electrician or Millwright experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and heights.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy.
• Valid driver's licence.
