You will be a part of our nursing team providing a high standard of nursing care to our renal patients.
Job Description - Actively participate in all aspects of patient care by responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with all team members or Nurse Manager regarding the patient’s treatment and care.
- Able to perform needling of A-V Fistula, A-V Graft, or through central venous catheter for initiating haemodialysis process.
- Follow doctor’s round and act in the accordance with the changes made for the patients.
- Educate patients as and when necessary.
- Responsible for the safely of the patient while on dialysis, reporting all accidents and incidents and completing all relevant documentation.
