工作职责：

1. 承接公司培训体系，负责一级外请课程和二级公司层级培训全流程运营及落地

2. 负责管培生项目及公司重点人才发展项目全流程运营及管理

3. 负责公司内部英语培训体系的升级及线上、线下英语全流程运营及管理

4. 人力资源其他模板相关工作

任职要求：

1. 性格开朗外向，形象气质佳，善于沟通和合作； 熟悉Word/Excel/PPT及常用综2 合AI和图文办公软件的使用；

2. 英语要求过CET6/雅思6.5分或TEM8； 擅长多任务并行和项目统筹及资源协调；

3. 有主持或文艺和体育特长者优先
