1、负责本部门日常招聘接待和其他行政工作。
2、协助人事及培训部做文书工作。
3、协助完成基础人员档案管理工作。
4、协助组织员工生日会及其他员工活动的拍照及摄像工作。
5、定期更换员工宣传栏的内容。
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
1. 党员优先,本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业优先;
2. 具备1年及以上国际联号品牌酒店同岗位工作经验,熟悉劳动法律法规及基础人事操作流程;
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识和责任心,工作细致严谨,具备较强执行力;
4. 熟练使用Office办公软件,具备基本的数据整理与文档处理能力;
5. 遵守职业操守,严格保护员工个人信息隐私,恪守招聘公平公正原则;
6.具有中英双语的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
