CARE Workforce Solutions is fully responsible for lead generation, relationship nurturing, and closing new client partnerships. This role replaces the Appointment Setter and owns the entire top-of-funnel through signed agreement process.
The Sales Manager will conduct cold calls, warm outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups, convert leads into signed service agreements, and hand off fully onboarded clients to the Program Management team.
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and performance-based bonuses.
