POSITION SUMMARY:

** This is not a remote position, this is an on site position in Humble, TX**

Primary duty is the supervision of 4-15 in-house phlebotomists in the assigned region. Supervises the activities of staff and the operations of their assigned locations according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for supervisory duties such as attendance, interviews, disciplinary action, performance reviews, skills development, compliance, etc. Maintains an active working role as a phlebotomist to provide coverage at these locations as needed. This position does travel to client offices as needed to provide phlebotomy coverage account management. Perform yearly skills assessments as required by standard operating policies.
