The HR Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing key HR operational services and ensuring the efficient, high-quality delivery of HR processes that support both the employee experience and business needs.
This role combines HR operations management, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration, with responsibility for core services such as hiring administration, benefits management and HR Help Desk. The position will also contribute to HR transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, standardization and service quality.
The role reports to the Head of HR Operations and leads a small HR services team.
