Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Administrative Assistant to support client and provider communications within a fast-paced healthcare/insurance environment. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, tracking case progress, and ensuring accurate documentation while delivering a high level of service and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
