A hands-on IT Manager to build and lead Adoreal’s IT function from the ground up. This role will own our security posture, compliance programs, and core infrastructure while shaping and executing the company’s overall IT and security strategy. You’ll manage a small team of two direct reports and work closely with executive leadership and the board.
