Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Day Center team based in Fairhaven, MA and Wareham, MA on a relief basis. In this role you will support individuals with disabilities by overseeing all health-care services provided to consumers, providing direct care and in-service training in relevant medical and health-related issues, and coordinating medical services with each consumer’s primary physician or medical clinic. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a commitment to care, integrity and serving the community.
