You will be an experienced Chef de Partie , with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You take pride in producing high‑quality dishes and supporting your team.

What You'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
• Supporting senior chefs with day‑to‑day kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards
• Helping with food prep, service, and section management
• Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well‑stocked
• Working as part of a strong kitchen team
