YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Senior Reliability Specialist, you will be part of the Process Plant Maintenance Team. You will work with the process plant maintenance team to assist operations and technical personnel in identifying and solving day-to-day reliability issues. You will also ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Improve/Perform preventive maintenance lube routes on process plant equipment;
Identify and act on opportunities to coach site personnel on reliability, maintenance and condition monitoring concepts;
Investigate and troubleshoot to assist operations and technical personnel in identifying and solving day-to-day reliability issues;
Conduct and provide support for root cause analysis of failures;
