Reliability Excellence Principal Consultant
Position Summary:
The Principal is responsible for the successful implementation of a client project or program (multiple projects with a given client). In conjunction with project implementation, the Principal ensures that all members of the LCE project team conduct themselves in a highly professional and appropriate manner, follow all LCE work processes and procedures, and deliver according to the scope of work, schedule, and approach as defined in the project execution plan. In addition, the Principal has the primary project management and client relationship responsibility for creating our "Advocate Client”. The Principal will have the day-to-day interaction with the LCE and client's team members to provide first-hand leadership performance evaluation and coaching.
