The Reliability Engineer deliver result by optimizing plant equipment and installation based on Demarcation Area through deployment of dynamic Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan and related initiative/improvement. This role is required to align PM strategy with Plant & Combined Business Needs (CBN) without compromising delivery of results and standards including;

• Leading Preventive Maintenance Plan & Execution.
• Review & Assuring Required Spare parts & Inventory Level.
• Develop Action Plan (Mitigation, Corrective & Preventive) for breakdown/issue.
• Review Preventive Maintenance plan to be dynamic and suit to real condition of plant.
• Defining standards & procedure.
• Coordinating Maintenance Program within internal & external team.
• Cost efficient & control.
