EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for a **Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Specialist t** o lead the development and execution of reliability and maintenance programs that ensure optimal asset performance for a healthcare client in **Redwood City California.** This role establishes maintenance strategies, conducts equipment criticality rankings using RCM methodologies, and implements cost‑effective proactive maintenance plans. The specialist oversees predictive maintenance technologies and programs such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil monitoring. They investigate equipment failures to determine root causes, drive corrective actions, and perform periodic audits focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and maintenance effectiveness. The position also supports project commissioning activities and develops key performance indicators to improve equipment reliability.
