Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct in-depth research on complex legal points and draft various documents, including:

• Criminal: Representations to AGC, mitigation pleas, and research on sentencing benchmarks.
• Family: Statements of Claim, Parenting Plans, and Affidavits of Assets & Means.
• Civil: Writs of Summons, Pleadings, and Interrogatories.

Court Attendance: Shadow senior counsel during mentions, chamber hearings, and trials in the State Courts and Family Justice Courts.

Client Interaction: Participate in client consultations to develop interviewing skills and learn how to manage sensitive legal issues with professionalism.
