We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Relationship Manager, SME Business Banking. This role will be based out of Cardiff or Newtown. This is an exciting opportunity to work in our SME Business Banking segment where you'll engage with our existing and prospective customers to help them realise their ambitions. As a Relationship Manager, your key goal will be to operate as a person of influence to our customers with a turnover of between £2m and £15m and ensure you deliver world-class customer service.

• Manage an existing portfolio of 50-70 clients, focusing on growing the business sustainably by identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio and broadening client relationships by leveraging HSBC's extensive network
