Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate health insurance business through assigned bank branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and branch staff.
• Conduct sales meetings and customer interactions to promote health insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Train and motivate bank employees on ManipalCigna products and sales processes.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and policy issuance.
• Regularly visit bank branches and provide sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.
