You'll work with real customers at the beginning of their wealth-building journey, help them understand mutual fund investing, and guide them into making their first investment with us.

What You'll Do

Financial awareness and guidance

• Engage new leads through outbound calling - understanding their requirements, goals, and risk appetite.
• Educate customers on the fundamentals of mutual fund investing: SIPs, lump sum, asset classes, risk profiles, and why FundsIndia's curated approach works.
• Build genuine relationships nurturing leads across multiple touchpoints until they're confident and ready to invest.
• Be the customer's go-to person for any questions during their onboarding journey.
