Manager – Reinsurance Accounting (Assumed & Ceded)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review end-to-end processing of technical Statements of Account (SoA) for premiums, claims, and risk transactions across all reinsurance business lines.
• Review and reconcile financial transactions related to premiums, claims, recoveries, and brokerage in accordance with contract terms and accounting policies.
• Perform and review complex reinsurance calculations, including reinstatement premiums, profit commissions, sliding scale adjustments, and no-claims bonuses.
• Oversee unallocated cash management and aged receivable clearance, ensuring timely identification, matching, and resolution of outstanding items.
• Collaborate with brokers, reinsurers, underwriting teams, and finance stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
