- Play a key role in the development of the company's reimbursement and regulatory strategy and lead all reimbursement projects.
- Coordinate business plan closely with reimbursement affairs to have influence on healthcare policy to establish and maintain favorable reimbursement levels for the hospital procedures and treatment utilizing 3M supplies .
- Work closely with Business team and R&D operation to develop, manage and implement reimbursement strategy to expand existing product lines or support entry into new markets.
- Create ongoing analysis and forecasting of effect of changes in reimbursement legislation on business situation of each division.
- Manage communications with government and hospitals on reimbursement issues.
- Supervise and train business team in regards to reimbursement affairs.
