The Residential Services Associate, RSA , provides supervision of, and therapeutic programming to, a group of youth and assists them with their daily activities and needs according to individual treatment and behavior intervention plans, within the framework of agency and program policies and procedures. The aim is to assist children with developing the skills needed to manage their mental health conditions so that they can safely transition back into a less restrictive environment, such as returning home or entering a foster home.
