Develop and market day care and rehab services and programmes (centre-based and home-based) to clients, in line with the company's strategic growth plans.
Manage the care and support team to deliver the highest quality of community and home care
To manage clients' healthcare needs assessment process, the implementation of care plan for clients and engage clients meaningfully and actively with suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia day care activities and programmes.
Manage all enquiries, feedback, complaints and incidents in relation to the Centre operations.
Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Identify prospective business partners, develop and sell services to acquire new clients through strategic planning and product positioning.
Maintain good relationship with existing and prospective partners and organisations.
