Symarom Asia Pte Ltd is a food manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory Cum Customer Service Officer to support our compliance activities and daily laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HALAL, SFA etc.).
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, licenses, permits, and submissions.
- Assist with internal and external audits and support corrective actions.
- Conduct Customer Service on shipping document etc.
- Support implementation of safety, quality, and regulatory procedures within all the teams.
Qualifications & Skills - Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
