These regulatory solicitor roles will see you handle an interesting mix of work. This will include:
data protection matters andpliance, including data subject access requests, drafting privacy policies, managing data breach response plans, readiness assessments, risk assessments and audits;
land management regulatory matters;product safety advice;
advertising standards matters; and
corporate responsibility and reputation management advice
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a regulatory lawyer with 1-3 years' pqe or operating at Senior Associate level. With goodmunication and relationship building skills, you will have a desire to get involved in business development initiatives and be proactive in drafting thought leadership materials.
