Our client, a multi-jurisdiction family office headquartered out of Dubai, is looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented and proactive compliance professional to manage regulatory and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions for a diversified family office structure. The role involves overseeing statutory filings, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, and supporting governance across jurisdictions for a portfolio of companies, trusts, and investment structures.

2. Role Description: This is a full-time, Dubai-based role. Candidate will be required to move to the UAE and will be employed directly by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance Management

Manage compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Track and ensure timely completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly filings. Liaise with local service providers, corporate secretaries, registered agents and regulatory authorities....
