Develop procedures. Strategies, and monitor the implementations of Compliance Programs under his/her responsibilities (Regulatory Compliance), including preparing slides and communication for awareness and training to the various departments including agency/sales force
Monitor regulatory compliance program implementation process, including delivering the training and evaluating implementation reports
Supervise Compliance team's daily activities to ensure the team's effeciency and effectiveness
Develop an effective team through sharing and exhibiting best practices and perform coaching, mentoring, performance management and development planning
Perform other task that are within the job scope, including short-term compliance projects and supporting other projects in Legal & Compliance division
