The Department of Industrial Engineering at the College of Engineering, American University of Sharjah, invites applications for faculty positions at the assistant, associate or full professor level, commencing in the Fall 2027 Semester. Positions include one‑year renewable visiting contracts and three‑year renewable regular contracts.

Responsibilities

• Establish high‑level, active research programs supported by internal and external funding.
• Maintain an active teaching portfolio and deliver courses in Industrial Engineering and related areas.
• Prepare and present research and teaching statements, and compile a list of courses that can be taught.

Qualifications

• PhD in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline.
