Introduction

The Herefordshire Registration Service is recruiting Ceremony Officers to conduct and register a range of statutory and non‑statutory ceremonies across the county.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and register marriages, civil partnerships and other ceremonies at approved venues, including Gardner Hall’s Woollard Room and Orangery, and local registered buildings.
• Prepare for ceremonies by verifying guest lists, ensuring necessary documentation, and maintaining high standards of registration practice.
