Job Description


The Registrar is the first point of contact for new families interested in enrolling their children in the school. This position is responsible for providing a seamless enrolment experience and ensuring all required documents are collected in compliance with MOEHE requirements. The Registrar is responsible for liaising with MOEHE and maintaining student records at the school level, processing student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals. The Registrar also leads the registration process from the point of issuing an Offer Letter to the pupil starting school, ensuring maximum conversion of offers to enrollments.


Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility



  • Managing Engage and MOEHE portal

  • Serving as the contact person for all parents once they accept the offer

  • Collecting required documents from parents (identification, school or medical reports, and other information)
