Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of medication orders, including verification, preparation and supply of medications 
Monitor and manage discharge medication process to minimize delays and enhance patient satisfaction 
Implement and review workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors 
Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts 
Monitor workload distribution and adjust staffing as needed 
Mentor and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure performance and adherence to workflows 
Coordinate operational training for new staff and ensure ongoing development of all pharmacists 
Work closely with nursing teams to improve medication administration processes
