About the Role

Under the direction of the HART Hub Regional Manager, the Registered Practical Nurse provides clinical support to community members who access the Hub. This role offers direct clinical care within the nurse’s full scope of practice and participates in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of services for individuals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide services to First Nations and Aboriginal people.
