Job Summary:
Registered Nurse Telemetry provides attentive patient care for individuals requiring cardiac monitoring. You will assess, monitor, document, and coordinate timely interventions to support safe, high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor cardiac telemetry, recognize changes in rhythm, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and report findings to the care team.
• Administer medications and execute ordered treatments according to established protocols.
• Document nursing care, vital signs, symptoms, and response to interventions accurately.
• Implement fall prevention, infection control, and patient safety measures consistently.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to support care plan execution.
