Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients during day shift hours, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely intervention. Collaborate with medical teams to deliver safe, effective patient treatment.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor cardiac patients using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient telemetry readings or alarms.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and care procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital telemetry experience.
