:The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.

Our Talent Share Float Pool is a great place for your career to thrive. Our RNs enjoy 12-hour NIGHT assignments at locations throughout the Denver area.

The Critical Care pool floats to ICU, tele, stepdown. Critical care RNs do NOT float to M/S units unless they would like to do so.

The M/S pool floats to all hospital M/S units and can also float to hospice or home health, depending on interest.
