            Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in neonatal care within a hospital or clinical setting 
Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday) 
Working schedule: 4 days/week including weekends and Public Holidays 
Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) would be a plus 
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) 
 Key Responsibilities:  Manage and operate the neonatal care unit 
Monitor and provide care for newborns 
Educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques 
Provide guidance on newborn bathing 
Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies
