Our nurses at Rogers are valued members of the interdisciplinary team, and collaborate directly with providers, therapists, behavior specialists, and education specialists to meet dynamic patient care needs. As an RN you will be able to enjoy more time with your patients and families, without having to complete med passes and ADLs. Our devoted staff have helped us to lead the nation in evidence-based and outcome-driven treatment in Behavioral Health.
The RN will help in a triage nurse/charge nurse, overseeing a variety of duties on our residential units. The RNs are assisted by a team of Resident Care Specialists (RCS) who manage med-pass and patient safety checks so the nurse can focus on patient care and not be on a med cart.
Schedule (Pool)
Pool - Float shifts between all three hospitals.
At least 8 shifts per month!
