Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Day shifts (schedule varies) - 36 or 48 hours expected per week (contract options available)
• Manage a 1:4 patient ratio in a 16 20 bed medical step down unit.
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions including sepsis, heart failure, respiratory failure, and neurological issues.
