Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Peterborough, New Hampshire. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide one-on-one care for a 6-month-old girl with a neuromuscular disorder. The patient is gtube dependent for nutrition. Hours: Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
