Responsibilities Of Rn:

• The Registered Nurse (Rn) Will Provide Resident Care In Accordance With Acceptable Standards Of Nursing Practice And The Written Plan Of Care As Well As Physicians Plan Of Treatment
• The Registered Nurse (Rn) Follows A Plan Of Care Designed By Our Nurse Manager
• Registered Nurse (Rn) Perform Medication Administration And Treatments Per Poc
• Monitor Residents' Conditions And Report Accordingly By The Registered Nurse (Rn)
• Accurate Documentation In Accordance With The Provided Orders

Qualifications Of Rn:

• A Current, Unencumbered Active License To Practice As An Rn In The State Of Ma.
