Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Title: RN Case Manager

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

• Must have no attendance infractions in the last 90 days and/or on the last contract.
• Preferred to have previous successful assignments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and support the Director of Nursing.
• Attend staff meetings when requested.
• Communicate any schedule issues, call-ins, or cancellations directly with management.
• Adhere to set schedules, with limited approval for changes after signing.

Compliance / Notes:

• Attendance and punctuality are emphasized for maintaining the assignment.
• Required reporting for any schedule-related issues.
